How far in advance do I need to place a catering order?
For online catering orders, we ask for at least 2 days’ notice. For example, if you place your order by midnight on Thursday, your catering can be ready Saturday morning.
What's your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your order up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick up or delivery time. If you need to cancel your order with less than 24 hours notice, please contact the Catering Department at 607-257-2255 as soon as possible. If your order has already been prepared, you may be charged for some or all of the order.
Can I order catering with less than 48 hours’ notice?
Sometimes. Online ordering requires a 2-day heads-up, but if you need something sooner, please call or email our catering team directly. We’ll do our best to accommodate quicker turnaround when possible.
What kinds of catering do you offer?
We offer much more than bagels and breakfast. Our catering options include breakfast spreads, sandwiches, salads, lunch platters, hot meals, dinner options, desserts, beverages, and custom group orders.
Can you help with large events or custom orders?
Yes. For larger events, custom menus, or orders that need a little extra planning, we recommend contacting our catering team directly. We can help guide you toward the best options for your group, schedule, and budget.
Do you offer delivery?
Delivery may be available depending on your location, order size, and timing. For delivery questions or special logistics, please contact our catering team before placing your order.
Can I pick up my catering order?
Yes. Catering orders can be placed for convenient pickup at the selected time and location.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We’re happy to help with dietary needs whenever possible, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-sensitive, and other special requests. Please include any dietary notes when ordering, or contact us directly for more specific needs.
